Blak Doll Role Models is an Aboriginal-owned business based in Central Australia, delivering culturally grounded sport, fitness, wellness and leadership programs for children, young people and families.
Founded by proud Aboriginal woman, former Australian softball representative and qualified fitness professional Vanessa Stokes, Blak Doll Role Models was created to inspire positive change through movement, culture, mentoring and connection.
Grounded in our philosophy of Inspire, Believe, Achieve, our programs create safe and inclusive spaces where participants can build confidence, resilience, healthy lifestyles and strong community connections.
Through the guidance of Indigenous role models, health professionals and leaders, we empower young people to recognise their strengths, develop leadership skills and become role models within their own lives and communities.
Blak Doll Role Models delivers programs across schools, remote communities, town camps, school holiday activities and community events, with a strong focus on holistic wellbeing, cultural safety and creating opportunities for Aboriginal people to thrive physically, mentally and emotionally.
At Blak Doll Role Models, we believe there is so much talent within our communities and through positive role models, support and connection, we can inspire stronger futures for the next generation.
